Frogs have always been associated to fertility, probably because when they wake up from Winter hibernation they greet the coming of the harvesting season with their croaking.

They are connected to earth and water, so we thought of adding a sun to the design in order to have a symbol of life connected to air and fire, to symbolize life coming from the union of all elements.

This mesoamerican styled frog was inspired by a request from Bobbi.

The version on the right, more traditional, follows the lines of greenstone sculptures found in Costarica.
